The team
H&G Construction Concepts began with the entrepreneur desire of Civil Engineer Andrés Gonzalez and Architect Paula Henao who together add many years of experience in the construction industry.
Andrés González, Partner

Andres holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from “Universidad de los Andes” in Bogota, Colombia. He also holds a Master in Business Administration Degree (MBA) from the “Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya” in Barcelona, Spain. His education provided the technical knowledge and managerial skills necessary to run a construction company.
After gaining experience on the construction industry in his hometown, Andres moved to Georgia, invited by the residential builder & developer Nordahl Homes, Inc. to join his construction team. Was at this time when Andres & Paula met, and decided to unite their efforts and ideals to start H&G Construction Concepts.
At H&G Construction Concepts, Andres is responsible for the construction operations and management. He plans, manages and executes all activities related to the site, subcontractors and materials purchase operation. He also oversees all the marketing and commercial strategies to position the company in front of potential clients.

Originally from Colombia, Paula has an Architectural degree and a Masters Degree in project feasibility, development and evaluation. After graduating from college, she began her career working as an estimator, and soon she gain varied construction experience working with residential and commercial contracting as a Bids & Project Manager for an Architectural & Engineering Firm, in Colombia, from 1998 to 2003.
Paula has been a Georgia resident since 2003, when she came to work for the residential builder & development firm Nordahl Homes, Inc., where she held positions of increasing responsibility. She managed all aspects of the Residential portfolio of the company, from the land development stages to the close out of each individual home.
The experience and knowledge gain up to this point and the huge entrepreneur desire to create a great company, made Paula and business partner Andres decide to form H&G Construction Concepts, since then, both had been successfully developing and growing the company. Paula directs and manages all aspects of the firm’s day to day operations. She has overall responsibility for the company's strategic direction, business development and growth.
